Refund Policy
Our course is a 1-Day Intensive Barista Course (6 hours total: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM).
All course fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances below:
Refund Conditions:

Full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the course date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date.

Once the course has commenced (from 9:30 AM on the course day), no refunds or transfers will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation level.
Transfer Policy:
Course places are non-transferable to another person. In exceptional cases (serious illness or family emergency with supporting documents), we may offer a transfer to a future course date at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be given.

All refunds and transfers are processed at the discretion of Ustudy. We reserve the right to refuse requests that are not made in good faith. This policy is subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
By purchasing a place in any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
