1. Course Description

Our course is a 1-Day Intensive Barista Course (6 hours total).

-     Morning Session: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

-     Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The course covers coffee fundamentals, espresso, milk steaming, filter coffee, latte art, and café workflow. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an institution-issued Certificate of Completion.

2. Enrollment and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

-     Full refund (minus any transaction fees) is available if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the course date.

-     No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date.

-     Once the course has commenced (from 9:30 AM on the course day), no refunds or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Media Consent and Content Usage

By participating in the course, you automatically consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the sessions. We reserve the right to use any photos, videos, and recordings containing your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.), website, and marketing materials.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and will not receive compensation. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the course starts.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe or disruptive behaviour without refund.

6. Health and Safety

Coffee making involves hot liquids and equipment. You agree to follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for any injuries unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. Certificate

All participants who fully attend the course will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by our institution. This is not a nationally recognised qualification (e.g. VET/SITHFAB025).
